BOSTON — The Massachusetts Senate passed four bills and ordered two more to third reading in a brief August 6 floor session before adjourning to meet again Monday. Senate 3094, permitting Oxford to add three on-premises liquor licenses, and House 5110, continuing the employment of Paterson Police officers Richard D.
Cooley, Jr. and David A. Schumacher, were each ordered to a third reading on unanimous voice votes. Sen.
